No. Your documents are never used for model training. Analysis runs in ephemeral contexts with no retention beyond your deal workspace. Anthropic's enterprise API terms also prohibit training on customer data.

You keep read-only access and full export for 30 days after cancellation. Export deals as PDFs, investment memos, and raw documents. After 30 days, data is purged from active systems; encrypted backups retained for 90 more days for compliance, then permanently deleted.

No. Each seller magic link scopes access to the single deal data room you invite them to. They cannot see, list, or infer the existence of any other deal in your account.
