What does "flat-rate" mean?
No per-page fees. No seat charges for collaborators you invite (lawyers, accountants, advisors, sellers). One price covers your whole deal team — the opposite of how legacy tools like Datasite or Intralinks bill.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
If you added a card, you'll be billed for your selected plan and keep full access. If you want to cancel, do it from Settings before day 14 and you'll owe nothing.
Why does the trial require a credit card?
It cuts down on bot signups and keeps the platform fast for serious buyers. You're not charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What if I need more than 5 deals at once?
Starter adds extra deals at $299/deal. Professional at $199/deal. For portfolios above 5 concurrent deals, contact us for Enterprise pricing — a flat annual fee with unlimited deals and custom SLAs.
Is there a per-deal pricing option?
If you're doing a single acquisition and don't want a monthly subscription, contact us. We offer deal bundles starting at $699 for one deal with 6-month access — no recurring commitment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle to avoid disruption to active deals.
What happens to my deals if I cancel?
You keep read-only access and export rights for 30 days after cancellation. Export all deals as PDF memos, reports, and raw documents before the retention window closes.
